2024-2025 RCF Scholars Seminars
The Reds Community Fund (RCF) Scholars program strives to develop high school RBI student-athletes into Major League Citizens by helping them grow and thrive physically, mentally, emotionally, and professionally. A Major League Citizen is someone who excels in civic responsibilities, is an active member of their community, and embodies the best qualities of citizenship.

FOUR PILLARS OF RCF SCHOLARS SEMINARS:
Student-athletes must complete one from each category (total of four elective seminars):
Mental/Emotional Health
Create opportunities for RCF Scholars to develop their personal strengths into leadership skills and roles in the community.
College Awareness & Access
Create pathways to college by providing RCF Scholars with tools to improve admissions, and scholarship success, and expose them to diverse campus culture.
Workforce Awareness & Access
Create pathways to the workforce by exposing RCF Scholars to diverse career fields.
Physical
Create opportunities for RCF Scholars to experience the next level of the game (College, Professional, etc.).
