Baseball for All is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting gender equity in baseball by creating access to opportunities for girls and women to play, coach, and lead in the sport. Founded by Justine Siegal, the first woman to coach for a Major League Baseball team, Baseball for All organizes national tournaments, clinics, development, and leadership programs aimed at breaking down barriers and fostering inclusivity. Through its events and advocacy, the organization works to empower young female athletes, build supportive communities, and champion a future where everyone, regardless of gender, can participate and thrive in baseball.
